It Does Not Matter Where You Purchased Your EquipmentWe are able to connect to your devices regardless of being located behind firewalls or content management appliances, assigned to VLANs, or hidden along the network. You may have purchased and installed network equipment from Digital Lifestyles, or from someone else, but we are able to access those devices on your network and troubleshoot them accurately, quickly, and efficiently!

For every manufacturer Digital Lifestyles represents on this website, we have a legal authorization to resell that hardware, backed by a filed official authorization agreement. For transaction in our home state of New Jersey, we are authorized and required to collect Sale and Use Tax (7%) on the hardware we resell and services we render. This means we can legitimately honor all warranties and RMAs, and can operate as liaisons for our customers in the case of replacements, repairs, and refunds.
